About Us

GonePaddling is an independently owned specialist paddlesport business with stores in Jersey and Guernsey. We are focused on paddling in the beautiful bays, fast tidal races, great surf, many caves and offshore Islands and reefs of the Channel Islands, as well as jaunts to far flung places in the world. Paddling Kayaks, Stand Up Paddle Boards, Surf Skis, Surf Kayaks, Sea Kayaks, Play Boats, Prone Boards and Out Rigger Canoes.

The Sea is our playground. Surfing, Rock Hopping, Down Winding and Sea Kayaking are our passions!  We carry general purpose and fishing kayaks as well. How ever you want to paddle on the sea we’ll be able to help.

We have built a reputation for supplying high quality paddle craft and equipment, along with honest advice, to individuals, organisations and businesses in the Channel Islands.

When COVID hit we grew our wild swimming clientele and swimming related stock range. We are now the “go to” store in Guernsey for open water swimming equipment. 

GonePaddling has two main outlets, one in Jersey and one in Guernsey.

We deal with the best equipment manufacturers and choose the best equipment and paddle craft that suit the varied waters that the 12m tidal range gives the Channel Islands.

Being experienced paddlers and swimmers we are able to give sound advice! We can tailor make the perfect package of boat or board and kit that is just right for you.

More and more people are finding the joy of being on and in the water – we see our job now is to help them get the most out of it.
